If there was a $100 million.

The process for a Letter of Credit valued at $100 million usually looks much more involved than this. Compare the 2 documents, in March of 2009 one sheet grew to 3 sheets of paper by December. It was as easy as one, two...three. Again, feel free to review the links on the right hand side toolbar that includes links to Eaglebanque and InvestmentSuisse alert notices in the Far East and Europe. Also use the Who Is links on the right side toolbar to see more about the 2 financial houses. Funny, but the websites are registered almost exactly the same!

In a July 2008 document (seen at this docstoc.com link) from Eaglebanque dated July 2008, Page 1 shows that the value of the financing is for $75 Million US. But then when you scroll down to Page 2 it changes to $100 Million all of the sudden. Amazing to get that kind of benefit just from one page.

  1. Ah yes, if only there were $100 million. There would be no need for this blog as everyone would be able to sue and collect from Minnick.

  2. Can you help me here? So what are these documents meant to prove? I look at them and thing you have part of a larger document dated from two to three years ago. Am I to draw some kind of conclusion from this piece.

Do you have something the says Dic made all this up and the players listed in this blog have never been players?

Previously I have asked for proof, I am still waiting. Is there a smoking gun or is this blog playing with smoke and mirrors?

Being bitter is no way to go through life. Either you have something real or the rest is just scour grapes.

So I am still looking for something real!

  3. "C"Can you help me here?" Anonymous, what would you consider "something real"? Are contracts real? Are phone calls and emails real? Are blatant lies real to you? Documents executed years ago and still being used to try and obtain investors real to you? How about the people who have turned over funds to Minnick and have not been able to get back a penny of their investment let alone the promised return, is that real to you? If you wish to be provided with physical evidence (beyond what has been provided) of these claims, I suspect you will need to justify why they should be shown to you, who you are and what is your interests in this matter.

  4. Anonymous, if these documents aren't "something real," then why were they used by Mr. Minnick as supporting documentation and proof that the investments of individuals would be returned? And by investment, I mean tens of thousands of dollars--from MORE than one person. This is not about being bitter. Everyone who was taken by Mr. Minnick has had to come to terms with their loss. Most of us are now just concerned with making sure no one else has to be hurt.

  5. Does anyone have a document where Minnick is on record stating his family trust is worth 650 million ?

I know from first hand experience that he made that statement orally numerous times in my presence. I could really use a copy of a documnet where he says that!

    Thanks,

    gl
