Hawker Davis Marlowe, a British company, was incorporated by Cowley on 7th November 2012, which was just two days after one of his pre-trial court appearances in Brisbane.
The Hawker Davis Marlowe web site makes a rather familiar-looking proposal: fantastically dubious financial services phrased in clumsy English.

Cowley's trial has now been set down for a 3 week hearing on 17 March 2014 in Brisbane Criminal Court. In the meantime he is on bail.
ReplyDelete2 reasons for the delay, (1) The police want more time to extract info from Cowley's computer and (2) there are other complaints being received. At present there are 2 complaints making up the trial evidence against him. But with more coming to light this could be anywhere from 1 - 100. Popular man Sir Lord Robert Cowley BA (bullshit artist)
Cowley was found guilty. The sentencing hearing was Wednesday (26 March) but have not found out what he received yet.
ReplyDeleteCowley received 3 years with a non parole period of 18 months. He also faces another trial later in the year. If guilty the sentence will be served AFTER the current 3 years sentence and not run concurrent.
